At Indian Photo Expeditions, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for every participant. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.

Changes to Tour Programs

Photography tours often operate in dynamic environments where weather, road conditions, local regulations, or safety considerations may require adjustments to the itinerary.

Indian Photo Expeditions reserves the right to modify, substitute, add, or remove any part of the tour itinerary, accommodations, transportation, or activities when necessary to ensure the safety, comfort, or overall experience of participants. Such changes may be made at the sole discretion of our tour leader or management.

Where applicable, appropriate refunds or additional charges may be applied if significant changes affect the cost of the tour.

Cancellation & Refunds

If you cancel or modify a confirmed booking, our Photography Tour Cancellation Policy will apply. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 50% refund of full fees if cancellation is made 45 days prior to the date of the tour.
• 30% refund of full fees if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the date of the tour.
• 25% refund of full fees if cancellation is made 20 days prior to the date of the tour.
• NO refund if cancellation is made 15 days prior to the date of the tour.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date we confirm your cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that any payment gateway charges, bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or other third-party transaction fees (where applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Personal Belongings

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings, including cameras, lenses, laptops, drones, luggage, and other valuables.

Indian Photo Expeditions shall not be liable for the loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal property during the tour, whether caused by accident, fire, theft, or any other circumstance. We strongly recommend that all participants carry adequate travel and equipment insurance.

Photography & Media Consent

During our tours, photographs and videos may be captured by our team. By participating in an Indian Photo Expeditions tour, you grant us permission to use these photographs and videos for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including publication on our website, social media platforms, digital advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify us in writing before the commencement of your tour, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
